Join MJ and Whispering Wind every 2nd Sunday for our Guided Meditation Sound Bath Experience! Please feel free to bring anything that will help aid you with this mediation. We want this to become a safe place for US. There will be a few extra yoga mats available in the event those need one (please let us know in advance).
