Welcome to Pretty Girlz Smoke Too (PGST)! By accessing or using our website, services, and community offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’re honored to walk beside you on your healing and empowerment journey. Please read with intention and care.

 

1. Eligibility

Our content and offerings are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. By participating in any PGST events or online spaces, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

 

2. Community Guidelines

We are a safe and sacred space rooted in empowerment, healing, and growth. By engaging with PGST, you agree to:

 

  • Treat all members with respect and dignity.

  • Honor the privacy and boundaries of others.

  • Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.

  • Use 420 responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

 

Violation of these principles may result in removal from our events, online groups, or subscription services without refund.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All sales, donations, and energy exchanges are final. PGST is currently saving toward becoming a registered non-profit organization. Until then, please note:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partially used billing periods.

  • Any failure to provide payment may result in suspension of access to subscription-based offerings.

 

4. Event Participation

By attending any in-person or virtual PGST event, you agree:

  • To participate mindfully and respectfully.

  • To refrain from recording or sharing private conversations or meditations without consent.

  • That PGST reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant for conduct that disrupts the energy or safety of the space.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials created by PGST—including videos, images, graphics, and writings—are the property of Pretty Girlz Smoke Too and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer

PGST provides spiritual and educational services that are not intended as medical or legal advice. Participation in any of our offerings is voluntary and should be approached with personal responsibility and self-awareness.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our movement grows. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
